(1) A fund named Environment Protection Fund shall be established for protection of environment, prevention and control of pollution and protection of national heritage.
(2) The fund as per sub-section (1) shall have the following amounts:-
(a) Funds received from the Government of Nepal, State Government or local level.
(b) Funds received from foreign governments or international organizations.
(c) Amount received from other sources.
(3) The operation of the Environmental Protection Fund shall be as prescribed.
(4) The audit of the fund will be done by the Auditor General.
